How long does it take to deploy a SATI software solution in my company?
The deployment timeline depends on the size of your company and the software selected. For our standard solutions (eShopping, TEAMO TMS, OSMOSE, Portail Station), deployment is generally completed within a few days to two weeks – including installation, initial configuration, and team training.
For custom software development or integration into a complex existing system, our engineers establish a detailed schedule after the analysis phase. In all cases, we ensure that your operations are never interrupted during the transition to your new software.
Will my teams need advanced IT skills to use your software?
No. Our software solutions are designed for operational teams without advanced technical knowledge. The interfaces are intuitive, available in French, and built around workflows tailored to the daily operations of each user profile.
Each deployment includes both theoretical and hands-on training conducted directly by our engineers at your premises. By the end of the training, your teams will be fully autonomous in using the software. Refresher sessions can also be organized in case of staff rotation or business growth.
What happens if I encounter a problem after deployment?
Our technical support team is based in Abidjan, Cocody Angré. In case of an issue, you can contact us directly by phone or email – without going through an international ticketing system with 48 to 72 hour response times.
Depending on the nature of the issue, our engineers can provide remote assistance (in less than one hour for critical incidents) or travel on-site if necessary. All our maintenance contracts include regular software monitoring, updates, and priority access to our technical team.
Do SATI software solutions work without a permanent Internet connection?
Yes. This is an important consideration in the Ivorian context, where Internet connectivity may be unstable in certain areas. Our software solutions are designed to operate in local mode (on-site) and do not require a permanent Internet connection for daily operations.
Synchronization with a central server or cloud backups is performed once the connection becomes available. This ensures that your business operations are never interrupted by Internet outages – a critical advantage for companies operating outside major urban areas or in regions with variable connectivity.
